We filmed this summers garden in a delightful old country estate in England. The pond had lots of lily flowers and we have captured a beautiful pink flower next to a stone statue. The details of the plant, pond and statue are crystal clear, thanks to it being filmed with a full frame Ultra HD camera. We have made the background a little blurry to give the scene more depth, plus it emphasizes the subjects.

This 4K video can be downloaded in a number of different formats, so that it can be used on any screen. The most impressive version is the 4K Ultra HD MP4 video, which is designed to be played on modern SMART UHD TV screens. The video file can usually just be added to a USB stick and then plugged into your 4K TV. Then simply select the video on your in-built media player and select the Loop or Repeat function, so that it plays continuously. There are no major movements in this scene so the loop point is barely noticeable every 20 minutes.

We have also created a down-scaled version of the video in Full HD. This is for people who have HD TV screens. Both versions are around the same file size of 1.2 GB. The 4K version is 4 times larger in terms of resolution, but it uses an advanced codec which allows us to compress the file to a much smaller size than in the past. The modern codec is called H.265 and will not work on all older TV screens. If you buy the 4K version and it doesn’t play smoothly just let us know and we will provide you with a download link for the older H.264 version (approx. 3.5 GB).

You can choose to download a Microsoft Windows version for any PC or laptop. For Apple computers you will need to use the MP4 video as a “manual screensaver”.
