This meditation video was filmed in Thailand at a Buddhist festival called Loy Krathong. The serene setting makes this a perfect meditation screensaver or meditation background video. The young Monks sit below a very old tree whilst the candles burn around them, for spiritual purposes.

Buddhist Monks Ceremony was filmed at the same time we filmed the amazing sight of many thousands of lanterns being let off  at the Lanterns Festival. The location for this scene was next to an old temple in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Similar ceremonies can bee seen throughout the year at different Buddhist festivals.

The audio on the meditation aid are encoded in 5:1 surround sound, so they have a very relaxing and immersive effect on a good home theater system. The video is 20 minutes long and the scene stays the same (except for the last part when the Monks turn around for a few moments), so you can loop it continuously simply by selecting repeat.

The computer screensavers loop every 3 minutes, providing a near seamless looping of the video. This should be popular with those practising meditation, mindfulness, yoga and more. The simple scene and calming sounds will allow you to free up your mind and really live in the moment.
